Honoring Bob’s Legacy, Supporting Our Community
We’re honored to introduce The Bob Engstrom Foundation, a non-profit born from love, resilience, and the legacy of our brother-in-law, Bob Engstrom.
When Bob was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer, our family came together, determined to support him in every way possible. One of the ways we rallied was through nutrition—specifically, cold-pressed juice. Bob’s go-to was a vibrant carrot apple juice loaded with ginger and turmeric root. He loved it so much that, after a while, the betacarotene would tint his hands and the tip of his nose a cheerful orange, proof that the nutrition was absorbed and retained by his body!
Despite a prognosis that gave him only a couple of years in July of 2018, Bob faced his diagnosis head-on, transforming his diet and his outlook. His determination paid off — he fought bravely for over six years.
But in June 2024, after experiencing persistent headaches, Bob received devastating news—a rare form of brain cancer, with only weeks expected. Bob lost his courageous battle in August 2024.
The journey since the summer of 2018 has been a whirlwind of hope, heartbreak, anger, and a display of faith and courage for both Bob’s family and the many who knew him in the community. Nearly a year after his passing, as we worked through our grief, Bob’s unwavering kindness and spirit inspired us to channel our pain into purpose.
The Bob Engstrom Foundation was created to honor Bob’s legacy by offering that same compassion to others. While we know we can’t solve every part of this difficult journey, our goal is to be a welcoming starting point—a supportive home base for anyone touched by cancer. Whether you’re the warrior, a spouse or caregiver, or a friend searching for ways to help, we’re here to walk alongside you, ready to lend a hand and a heart during life’s most overwhelming moments.

The Bob Engstrom Foundation exists to provide direct support to cancer warriors in our community. Through the generosity of donors, our foundation will:
Cover the cost of organic juices from Westy’s Organic Kitchen & Juice, our exclusive partner for fresh organic juice and other cancer beating food options on the go.
Offer resources and support to those battling cancer and their families.
Create a network of care rooted in compassion and community with prayer, diligent follow ups and relationships.
Share a network of wholistic healthcare professionals and connect them with more options than ever before.
